Frequently asked questions when booking your events break in Spain with Marbella Package Holidays (MPH)
How does Marbella Package Holidays create your perfect holiday?
We work on budgets and create your holiday and events from our reservation / holiday creation page, once we have an idea of your requirements MPH will locate your accommodation from our selected discount list of clients and carefully plan your excursions and events leaving the days optional for your choice of leisure activity. You create the price and we create your holiday.
What Night Life is arranged for us?
Mph works closely with all the major events on the coast and has full listings available on the events page. You decide on what your perfect night would be and we arrange your night even providing transport to and from events. With careful planning we can create the perfect package, We will even supply a host for the evening to ensure your night goes as planned and a good time is had by all!
How will you ensure our Hen or Stag party is a night to remember?
Our team have worked in this industry and understand what is required to ensure a perfect night. We arrange the bars/clubs or activities that match your needs and requirements. We will deliver on our promise and you will be met by one of our hosts who will ensure that your night is a memorable one.... AND that you are safely delivered back to your accommodation at the end of it!
Are your holidays Family Friendly?
Absolutely! We cater for all group types and families are no exception. We offer a wide range of family friendly activities which will keep both adults and kids entertained and happy throughout.
What experience does MPH have?
The people behind MPH have lived on the Costa del Sol for many years and have been involved in the tourist and leisure industry for many years. They realised there was an opening for an events organising outlet which from there became the events company MPH.
We have seen what we like, what’s next?
Please fill in the reservation form and send it through to us A.S.A.P. you will then be contacted by one of our representatives and they will discuss your booking to quote for your perfect event, ensuring that it will go as smoothly as possible.
When do I book?
As the story goes: book early to avoid disappointment, book your events as early as possible and you can give us the exact numbers and details nearer to your arrival.
When would you need the final details?
You will be contacted by one of our representatives nearer to your arrival date and will discuss the final arrangement with you.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit of 20% is required at least 8 weeks before your arrival. Your trip must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before your arrival date.
How do we pay?
We accept payment through Paypal or by Bank Transfer, once we receive your request you will be contacted by one of our representatives and will talk you through the system.
Do you cater for disabled people?
Yes we do! Available events would vary depending on the nature of the disability. However, we can guarantee that a fun time will be had by all.
Do you cater for children?
Yes we do! Children are more than welcome and we have plenty to do here on the Costa del Sol for the little ones. And if needed MPH can organise a child minder by previous arrangement. Just tick the box on the form!
What about transport?
We at MPH can arrange all your pickups and drop offs during your stay by previous arrangement. Airport Transfers are also available. Just tick the box on the form!
Could MPH arrange our accommodation?
MPH has access to all kind of accommodation ranging from basic stays up to 5 star accommodation including private properties such as apartments up to luxury 10 bedroom villas. Try us we are sure we can assist you!
In the case of private apartment being your choice of accommodation, we have cut out the middle-man, so we can guarantee the lowest prices.
